Remembrance Day Displays 2021

Have you seen the poppy display in the town? As well as the cascade in Monmouth Gardens and the banners in High Street, there’s a display in Wellington Park.

These poppies have been knitted and crocheted by WI members and people in the local community over the last five years. We’ve never actually counted them but we think there’s about 8,000. Lest We Forget.
